1. General Policy

TechRig is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform.

All products listed on TechRig are sold and fulfilled by independent sellers.

Return and refund eligibility depends on the individual seller’s return policy and the product category.

2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The return request is raised within the seller’s specified return window

Some products may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care items

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Digital products or services

Return eligibility is clearly mentioned on the product page.

3. Return Process

Customers must initiate a return request through their TechRig account.

The request is forwarded to the respective seller for approval.

The seller may request supporting images or information before approval.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with the customer.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the seller receives and verifies the returned product.

Refund amount depends on product condition and seller policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

Some sellers may offer replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement availability depends on product stock and seller terms.

Replacement timelines are communicated by the seller.

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to seller error.

Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the seller.

7. TechRig’s Role

TechRig acts as a platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.                                                                                          

Final decisions regarding returns and refunds rest with the seller, as per their policies.                                                                            

TechRig may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.
