Seller Agreement
TechRig
This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions under which vendors (“Seller”, “You”) may list and sell products on the TechRig platform (“Platform”, “TechRig”).
By joining or selling on TechRig, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
Platform Overview
TechRig is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace platform.
TechRig does not manufacture, stock, or directly sell products.
All products are listed, sold, and delivered by independent vendors.
TechRig provides platform infrastructure, order coordination, and marketplace support.
Seller Onboarding Process
Any individual or business wishing to sell on TechRig must first contact TechRig for onboarding.
Requests to sell products will be reviewed by TechRig.
TechRig will respond within 2–3 working days of receiving the request.
If approved, a seller invitation link will be sent to the vendor’s registered email address.
Vendors can complete registration using the invitation without difficulty.
TechRig reserves the right to approve or reject seller applications.
Seller Responsibilities
The Seller is solely responsible for:
Product authenticity, quality, and legality
Accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
Inventory management and availability
Packaging and delivery of products
Compliance with all applicable laws and tax obligations
Any misleading or false information may result in suspension or termination.
Order Processing Requirement
After receiving an order notification, vendors must contact TechRig for order processing.
Orders will be processed only after proper coordination with TechRig.
TechRig may verify order details before processing.
Failure to follow the order process may result in order delay or cancellation.
Processing Fee
TechRig charges a non-refundable processing fee for handling and facilitating each order.
The applicable processing fee will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Processing fees apply per order unless stated otherwise.
Delivery & Logistics Fee
In addition to the processing fee, vendors may be required to pay a delivery or logistics facilitation fee.
Delivery fees apply when TechRig assists or manages delivery coordination.
Delivery charges depend on delivery location, package size, and logistics method.
Delivery-related fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Vendor Delivery Responsibility
Vendors remain responsible for timely delivery and product condition.
Any delay, damage, or delivery failure remains the vendor’s responsibility.
TechRig is not liable for courier delays or delivery issues beyond platform facilitation.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Vendors must follow the platform’s Return & Refund Policy.
All return and refund decisions remain the vendor’s responsibility.
Refunds must be processed promptly after product verification.
TechRig may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee outcomes.
Complaint & Performance Policy
Customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or vendor conduct are reviewed by TechRig.
Only verified and valid complaints will be recorded.
If a vendor receives three (3) valid complaints, TechRig reserves the right to:
Temporarily suspend the vendor account, or
Permanently block the vendor from the platform
TechRig’s decision shall be final and binding.
Account Suspension & Blocking
Blocked or suspended vendors will lose selling privileges on TechRig.
Any pending refunds, disputes, or obligations must be resolved by the vendor.
TechRig is not responsible for any financial losses caused due to suspension or blocking.
Platform Authority
TechRig reserves the right to:
Set or revise processing and delivery fees
Monitor vendor performance and compliance
Enforce platform rules to protect customer trust
Actions may be taken without prior notice in case of serious violations.
Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their product content.
By listing products, vendors grant TechRig the right to use content for platform promotion.
Unauthorized use of TechRig branding is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
TechRig is not liable for product defects, delivery failures, or vendor-related disputes.
Vendors agree to indemnify TechRig against claims arising from their products or actions.
Agreement Updates
TechRig may update this Seller Agreement at any time.
Updates will be effective upon posting on the platform.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
